My excitement for the pillows quickly turned to letdown upon their arrival. The material is subpar and quite irritating - it's akin to the tarps that painters spread out. I ended up returning them. It was a real disappointment, particularly given the cost. However, I must admit the return process was straightforward, which was a plus.
