1. What are your lead times?

As part of our dedication to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, all standard Eastern Accents products are made to order, just for you.

Standard Eastern Accents orders ship in 4-6 weeks.

Bedding Basics, fabrics and trim, and Quickship orders placed before 12pm CST ship in 5 business days. Bulk orders subject to availability.

2. What is QuickShip?

Our QuickShip Program features our best-selling collections in our most requested sizes. QuickShip items can ship in approximately 5 business days. To view what items are available in these collections, please visit our QuickShip page.

* Please note that Quickship items ordered with other standard product not on our QuickShip program will not be split-shipped unless requested.

3. Does Eastern Accents customize products?

We can assist you in customizing our bedding collections and more. Please visit our Custom Workroom section on the website for additional information or call our Customer Service Department at 800.397.4556. Our Custom Department can be reached via email at [email protected]. Our delivery time for custom orders is 6-8 weeks.

4. Can I request a swatch of fabric?

At Eastern Accents, we understand designing is a visual process. We will send you fabric swatches at your request to help you choose just the right fabric. You can log in at and order any swatches online. We offer mini swatches and larger scale swatches to visualize pattern and repeat. We are always happy to assist you further in our Customer Service Department.

5. Will Eastern Accents sell my personal information or email address?

At Eastern Accents, we value and respect our customers and their privacy. We will never sell or distribute your personal information or email address outside our company. Our site security is standard SSL, so you can also checkout worry free.

6. How do I open a wholesale account?

Wholesale accounts may be opened for retailers and design professionals in the Home Furnishings, Decorative Accessories, and Gift industries.

To open an account with Eastern Accents, fill out our online Open an Account form and submit it online or fax it to 800.998.3278.

Upon approval, your account information and website log in will be forwarded to you. For further information, please call Customer Service at 800.397.4556.

7. I forgot my log-in information. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, you may request a link to reset your password. When resetting your password, the new password must have 1 capital letter, 8+ characters long, and 1 special character. If you are having trouble resetting your information, please call our Customer Service Department for further assistance.

To retrieve your username, please contact Customer Service. Be prepared to verify the information on your account in order to receive username information.

8. What is the return policy?

When items are in original condition, Eastern Accents accepts authorized returns within 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning merchandise, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number, which is required for all returns. Please note we will charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns received after the 10-day grace period. We do not accept products that have been used, damaged or show signs of wear and tear. Discontinued items, custom items and Outlet Corner items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. What pillow inserts are included?

Unless otherwise noted, all pillows will include either a Cloud Down Alternative insert or a Plume Feather Insert. Please note that our DeMedici division items do not come filled unless otherwise noted. When placing an order, you can always request to upgrade the fill for your pillow to Cloud Down Alternative, Plume Feather or Bliss Blend at no additional charge.

* Please note that this does not apply to our Outdoor pillows in Studio 773 and Celerie Kemble for Eastern Accents.

** Please note that button-tufted pillows can only be filled with Cloud Down Alternative inserts.

10. What inserts are recommended for my duvet cover?

We recommend our deluxe warmth comforters for colder climates and duvet covers made of heavier fabrics. Our medium weight is suitable as an all-season comforter, while our light weight is ideal for warmer climates or those who prefer a blanket-like feeling.

* Please note that our duvet covers do not come filled. If you wish to order a fill for your duvet cover, it must be ordered a la carte.

11. Is there a minimum amount for placing orders?

Our opening minimum order and reorder for wholesale orders is $250. Wholesale orders totaling under $250 are subject to a $25 under minimum charge.

2. How do I find the repeat of my fabric?

To obtain more specific information about Eastern Accents fabrics, visit and click on the Fabrics link or use our search engine to find fabrics by code or name.

3. What is the difference between an up the roll fabric and a railroaded fabric?

On our website, you will find the letters "RR" by some fabric names. RR stands for railroaded. A fabrics pattern style falls into one of two categories—either railroaded or up the roll. A railroaded fabric is one with a pattern that runs horizontally across the roll, rather than vertically.
