ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION
What is the order minimum?
Our order minimum is $250. Eastern Accents will charge a $25 fee on orders totaling less than $250.
When will my order ship?
Standard and custom Eastern Accents items are made-to-order and ship in 4-6 weeks (FOB Chicago). Bedding Basics, fabric and trim, and Quickship orders received by 12pm CST will ship within 5 business days from our factory in Chicago. Shipping time depends on the destination. Customer Service will contact you if shipping for your order is expected to exceed our standard lead time.
How much does it cost to ship within the continental United States?
Standard-sized shipments are sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. The shipping cost for prepaid and credit card orders is based on weight and size but will not exceed 15% of your total order cost. Orders that are not prepaid (terms) are charged FedEx shipping rates. We charge a flat shipping fee of $25 for orders under our $250 minimum. Bulk and oversized shipments (including beds and headboards) will ship freight via a common carrier. See details below for our furniture shipping policy.
Shipment of Furniture using Threshold Service
Assures delivery of the bed, headboard, or bench to your door. This does not include inside delivery, delivery to a specified room, assembly or disposal of packaging, or removal of existing pieces.
The following charges apply to shipments of a single bed, headboard, or bench being delivered to a commercial address with loading dock within the continental United States. If you are ordering multiple units we will send you a quote for the shipping cost before the order is processed.
An additional fee is added for residential addresses and addresses without loading dock (details below).
- Bed, wingback style (Sienna, Eden, Corrado) - $425 per unit
- Bed, all other styles - $325 per unit
- Headboard, all styles - $275 per unit
- Bench, curved arms style (Augusta) - $425 per unit
All other style benches, ottomans, and poufs are shipped via FedEx Ground. See our standard shipping charges. - Commercial address without a dock: +$50 per unit
- Residential address: +$100 per unit
Shipment of Furniture using White Glove Service
Assures inside delivery to a room of your choice with set-up and assembly. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information and a shipping quote.
How much does it cost to ship outside of continental United States?
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are charged FedEx Express shipping rates.
Customers placing orders to an international address will be contacted with a shipping quote.
RETURN POLICY
All return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any return requests made past the 10-day grace period. All returned items must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition. Fabric yardage will not be accepted for return if it has been cut into. If we discover any sign of use or wear, the item(s) will be returned to you and your account will not be credited. If the product arrives in original condition without any signs of use or wear, you will receive credit. If an exchange is needed, the return must be received and inspected by Eastern Accents before the exchange order will be released into production.
Custom items are non-returnable. This includes bed skirts with custom drops, curtain panels with custom linings, and monogrammed items.
If the reason for the return is not of the fault of Eastern Accents, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. If the issue was a manufacturer error, we will send a UPS call tag to cover the cost of shipping. If we receive and inspect the item and find that the issue is not a manufacturer error as was originally discussed, or if it is discovered that the return is not in its original, unused condition, we will send the item(s) back to you and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
