What is the order minimum?

Yes, our opening order and reorder minimum for wholesale customers is $250.

Wholesale orders totaling under $250 are subject to a $25 under minimum charge. Please note, the under-minimum fee will be waived for fabric yardage and bedding basics orders.

There is no order minimum for retail customers!


When will my order ship?

As part of our dedication to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, all standard Eastern Accents products are made to order, just for you. Unless otherwise specified, our orders ship in 4-6 weeks.

Bedding Basics, fabric, trim, and Quickship orders ship in 3 business days, when ordered by 12pm CST.

Bulk orders are subject to availability. We will be in contact with you to arrange lead times for bulk orders.

Customer Service will contact you if your order is expected to exceed our standard lead time. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping times, please do not hesitate to contact us.


How much does it cost to ship within the continental United States?

Shipping policy for all items, excluding large furniture

Eastern Accents shipments are sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Bulk and oversized shipments (such as upholstered beds) ship freight via a common carrier.

Small upholstered items also ship via FedEx Ground. These include all ottomans, stools, chests, and poufs and most benches. See Furniture Shipping Policy below for more details.

For retail customers, shipping via FedEx Ground is free. Expedited and overnight shipping is available upon request, please contact customer service for a price quote.

For wholesale customers, the shipping cost for prepaid/credit card orders is based on weight and size, but will not exceed 12% of your total order cost. Orders that are paid on terms (credit with Eastern Accents) are charged FedEx daily shipping rates.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $25 for orders under our $250 minimum. Signature requirement upon delivery can be added for an additional $5 fee.


Furniture shipping policy

Large furniture pieces including beds, headboards, and “Grande” size benches ship via freight carrier. We offer two options for freight delivery, detailed below:

Threshold Service

Shipment of furniture using threshold service assures delivery of the bed, headboard, or bench to your door. This does not include inside delivery, delivery to a specified room, assembly or disposal of packaging, or removal of existing pieces.

Threshold delivery is free of charge for retail customers within the continental US.

The following charges apply to wholesale shipments of a single item. If you are ordering multiple items we will send you a unique quote for each shipping cost before the order is processed. An additional fee is added for residential addresses and addresses without loading dock (details below).

Threshold Service shipping fees, by product style:

Headboards $275 per unit
Platform and Standard Beds $325 per unit
Large Benches
(Augusta style and Grande sizes)
$300 per unit
Large Ottomans
(Troy, Mesa, and Petra styles)
$250 per unit
All other furniture styles

For retail customers, shipping via FedEx Ground is free.

White Glove Service

Shipment of furniture using White Glove Service assures inside delivery to a room of your choice with set-up and assembly. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information and a shipping quote.


Do you ship outside the continental US?

We do! If you are ordering to Hawaii, Alaska, or an international address, our customer service team will reach out to you with a calculated shipping quote. We require approval for the shipping cost before we proceed with your order.



RETURN POLICY

Due to the delicate nature of our product, Eastern Accents only accepts returns of items in original, unused, and unwashed condition. If you would like to start a return, please contact customer service within 10 days of receiving the order and we will issue a return authorization with further instructions. After the 10-day grace period, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the return.

Please note that custom items are non-returnable. This includes bed skirts with custom drops, curtain panels with custom linings, and monogrammed items. Additionally, fabric yardage cannot be returned if it has been cut into.

If you would like to exchange an order, the return must be received and inspected by Eastern Accents before the new exchange order is released into production.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturer error (incorrect item, received damaged, etc.), Eastern Accents will issue a call tag with the return authorization to cover the cost of shipping. If the reason for the return is not the fault of Eastern Accents, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.
