SHIPPING & HANDLING:
When paying by credit card or prepaid check, Eastern Accents charges a $15 shipping fee on all orders under $200. Orders over $200 are charged a 10% shipping fee. Credit Cards are charged on the day that the order is ready to ship.
Orders shipping to Canada will be charged 15% of the order total.
Shipping costs for international orders will be quoted by our Shipping Department.
Our order minimum amount is $250 - any orders totaling less than $250 are subject to a $25 under minimum charge.
UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE SHIPPING:
Upholstery items are non-refundable.
Our standard lead time is 6-8 weeks for upholstered furniture (FOB Chicago).
Ottomans and benches are shipped via UPS. All other upholstered furniture items are shipped via a freight company.
Threshold Service: Assures delivery of the bed or headboard to your door. This does not include inside delivery, delivery to a specified room, assembly, disposal of packaging, or removal of existing pieces. The following charges apply to shipments of a single bed or a single headboard being delivered to an address within the continental United States with a loading dock. If you are ordering multiple units or if the address is outside continental U.S. we will send you a quote for the shipping cost before the order is processed.
Beds & Headboards
Bed, wingback style (Sienna, Eden, Corrado, Eden): $425* per unit
Bed, all other styles: $325* per unit
Headboard: $275* per unit
Benches, Ottomans, and Poufs
Bench, curved arms style (Augusta): $275* per unit
All other style benches, ottomans, and poufs are shipped via UPS. See our standard shipping charges.

- Commercial address: +$50 per unit
- Residential address: +$100 per unit
White Glove Service: Assures inside delivery to a room of your choice with set-up and assembly. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information and a shipping quote.
All return requests must be made within 10 business days of receiving the order. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any return requests made past the 10-day grace period. All returned items must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition. Fabric yardage will not be accepted for return if it has been cut into. If we discover any sign of use or wear, the item(s) will be returned to you and your account will not be credited. If the product arrives in original condition without any signs of use or wear, you will receive credit. If an exchange is needed, the return must be received and inspected by Eastern Accents before the exchange order will be released into production.
Custom items are non-returnable. This includes bed skirts with custom drops, curtain panels with custom linings, and monogrammed items.
If the reason for the return is not of the fault of Eastern Accents, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. If the issue was a manufacturer error, we will send a UPS call tag to cover the cost of shipping. If we receive and inspect the item and find that the issue is not a manufacturer error as was originally discussed, or if it is discovered that the return is not in its original, unused condition, we will send the item(s) back to you and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
