When items are in original condition, Eastern Accents accepts authorized returns within 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning merchandise, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number, which is required for all returns. Please note we will charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns received after the 10-day grace period. We do not accept products that have been damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
