What are your lead times?

As part of our dedication to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, all standard Eastern Accents products are made to order, just for you.

Standard Eastern Accents orders ship in 4-6 weeks.

Bedding Basics, fabric, trim, and QuickShip orders placed before 12pm CST ship in 3 business days. Bulk orders are subject to availability.

What is QuickShip?

Quickship orders ship in just 3 business days, when ordered by 12pm CST. Shipping time depends on the destination. Bulk orders are subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online orders can be paid with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or AMEX cards. We never charge an additional fee for credit card transactions. To pay via check or wire transfer, please contact our customer service department.

Does Eastern Accents customize products?

Yes! We are happy to assist you in customizing our existing product or creating your own design. Please visit our Custom Workroom to browse style options and quote your project. For further assistance, please call our Customer Service Department at 800.397.4556 or email [email protected]. Our delivery time for custom orders is 4-6 weeks.

Please note, you must have a wholesale account to use our Custom Workroom online. Retail customers can call 800.282.1671 or email [email protected] for assistance customizing product.

What pillow inserts are included?

All decorative pillows include an insert of your choosing - either Cloud Faux Down, Plume Feather, or Bliss Blend - at no additional cost! Outdoor pillows will automatically include a weather-proof insert unless otherwise requested. Please note that our pillowcases/sheet sets do not come filled. For more information, please refer to our Down Buyer's Guide.

* Please note that button-tufted pillows can only be filled with Cloud Down Alternative inserts.

What inserts are recommended for my duvet cover?

We recommend our deluxe warmth comforters for colder climates and duvet covers made of heavier fabrics. Our medium weight is suitable as an all-season comforter, while our light weight is ideal for warmer climates or those who prefer a blanket-like feeling. For more information, please refer to our Down Buyer's Guide.

Please note that our duvet covers do not come filled. If you wish to order a fill for your duvet cover, it must be ordered a la carte.

What is included in a bedset?

An Eastern Accents bedset includes all the decorative pieces you need to make your bed beautiful. Depending on size, this includes a duvet cover, pillows, and possibly a bedskirt. Every decorative pillow comes with an insert, however the duvet insert needs to be purchased separately. A full breakdown of what is included in each set can be found in the "About This Item" section of a bedset's webpage.

If you don't need a bedskirt or only want a few pillows, don't worry! All items within a set can be purchased individually.

What are "super" sizes?

In addition to standard King and Queen, Eastern Accents offers both Super King and Super Queen sizes. These special sizes are extra-long on the sides, designed to accommodate a pillowtop mattress. The extra length can also be useful if you plan on tucking the duvet or coverlet under the mattress, or if you are trying to hide a box spring.

For reference, a standard Queen size will drop down about 12 inches on the side of a Queen mattress, while the Super Queen will drop down 16 inches. A standard King size will drop 14 inches, and a Super King will drop 18 inches. We recommend measuring the height of your mattress before you order.

Super sizes are available in coverlets, duvet covers, and duvet inserts.

What exactly is a duvet?

A duvet is a bed-covering made up of two parts: a duvet cover and duvet insert. A duvet cover is a removable decorative covering, similar to a large pillowcase. It is designed to protect a duvet insert from dust and stains, with a zipper or button opening to take the insert in and out. Eastern Accents duvet covers come in a wide range of colors and styles, making it easy to change the look and feel of your bedding.

A duvet insert is essentially a large comforter, filled with down feathers or faux-down microfiber, that sits inside of a duvet cover. This is the warm and fluffy part of a duvet. Duvet inserts are available in a variety of fillings and warmth levels. For more information, please refer to our Down Buyer's Guide.

Both Eastern Accents duvet inserts and duvet covers come with ties at the corners so they can be securely tied together. This prevents the insert from shifting or bunching inside of the duvet cover.

What is the difference between a duvet and a comforter?

A duvet is made up of two parts, the insert and the cover, while a comforter is all one piece. Eastern Accents comforters are made with the same decorative outer fabric and embellishments as our duvet covers, with 1 inch thick polyester batting sewn inside. Comforters create a flatter, more uniform look on the bed compared to a duvet.

What are the different types of comforters?

Eastern Accents' decorative comforters come in two different finishing options: button-tufted or hand-tacked.

Hand-tacked comforters are finished with barely noticeable stitches on the face and reverse. These stitches hold the outer decorative fabrics together with the inside batting, keeping our comforters neat and uniform.

Button-tufted comforters are tufted with fabric buttons on the face and reverse, covering the hand-tacking underneath. The fabric buttons are made with the same fabric as the comforters, so the style remains as similar as possible.


Fabric FAQs

Can I request a swatch of fabric?

At Eastern Accents, we understand designing is a visual process. Fabric and trim swatches are available upon request to help you choose just the right textile. You can log in to order online. Swatch information can be found in the "About This Item" section of a fabric's webpage. We offer 3x3 and 12x12 swatches to help visualize patterns and repeats. Trim swatches are only available in 3" pieces. We are always happy to assist you further in our Customer Service Department.

How do I find the repeat of my fabric?

A fabric's repeat is the amount of space between where a pattern begins and ends, both vertically and horizontally. Repeat information, content, and care instructions can be found in the "About This Item" section of a fabric's webpage. To obtain more specific information about Eastern Accents fabrics, please contact Customer Service.

What is the difference between an up the roll fabric and a railroaded fabric?

On our website, you will find the letters "RR" by some fabric names. RR stands for railroaded. A fabrics pattern style falls into one of two categories - either railroaded or up the roll. A railroaded fabric is one with a pattern that runs horizontally across the roll, rather than vertically.

How do I measure my windows for curtain panels?

How many drapery rings/pins do I need?

Pleated drapery panels require a set of pins and decorative rings to hang on a rod. Single width (20 inch) panels require 7 pins per panel, one for each pleat and one for each end. Double width panels (40 inch) require 12 pins each. Pleated drapery panels include pins free of charge, but the decorative rings must be purchased separately.

Wholesale FAQs

How do I open a wholesale account?

Eastern Accents offers wholesale accounts for retailers and design professionals in the Home Furnishings, Decorative Accessories, and Gift industries. To open an account with us, fill out our online Open an Account form and submit it online or fax it to 800.998.3278.

Upon approval, your account information and website log in will be forwarded to you. For further information, please call Customer Service at 800.397.4556.

Is there a minimum amount for placing orders?

Our opening minimum order and reorder for wholesale customers is $250. Wholesale orders totaling under $250 are subject to a $25 under minimum charge. Please note, the under-minimum fee will be waived for fabric yardage and bedding basics orders.


General FAQs

I forgot my log-in information. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, you may request a link to reset your password here. When resetting your password, the new password must have 1 capital letter, 8+ characters long, and 1 special character. If you are having trouble resetting your information, please call our Customer Service Department at 800.397.4556 for further assistance.

To retrieve your username, please contact Customer Service to verify the information on your account.

Will Eastern Accents sell my personal information or email address?

At Eastern Accents, we value and respect our customers and their privacy. We will never sell or distribute your personal information or email address outside our company. Our site security is standard SSL, so you can check out worry free.

What is a Proposition 65 warning?

Proposition 65 ("Prop 65") is another name for California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act. This law requires businesses to warn California-based customers about potential exposure to substances linked to cancer or reproductive harm. Read more about this law here.

Due to multiple obstacles to compliance with this law (including administrative complications, an ever-changing list of reportable substances, and the financial burden of testing), we have made the difficult decision to apply this label to all products.

The label does not mean that a product has been proven to contain harmful substances. It means that the product has not been proven not to contain one of the substances on the Proposition 65 list.

We apologize for the lack of clarity this policy entails. We hope to be clearer and more deliberate with implementation as compliance becomes more achievable. In the meantime, if you have any concerns regarding the materials in a specific product, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.


Return Policy

What is the return policy?

When items are in original condition, Eastern Accents accepts authorized returns within 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning merchandise, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number, which is required for all returns. Please note we will charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns requested after the 10-day grace period. We do not accept products that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear. Discontinued items, custom items and outlet purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
