Nothing ties a room together quite like the proper window treatment. Drapery—from the panels to the hardware—can be the perfect compliment to your bedding, or a beautiful statement piece in any room of the house. This past fall, we revamped our window program with our Acero Hardware line. In Brushed Nickel, Brass, or Matte Black, these three color options fit a whole variety of projects. But how do you choose? Here, we're walking you through our new program and how to choose the right hardware.
New: Acero
Our new Acero hardware is handcrafted with the highest quality function and style in mind. There are three metal color options in the Acero collection:
Brass
- Embrace classic warm tones, with antique style brass
Brushed Nickel
- Cool-toned and sleek, with an eye-catching sheen
Black Matte
- Stylish, moody, and contemporary
Each color-way offers a 4 foot and and 8 foot option for drapery poles, in the above metals or in crystal clear lucite. Modern and perfect for catching sunlight, clear lucite poles and drapery rings are a unique way to spruce up your window.
Drapery Rings
Just because they’re necessities, doesn’t mean you have to comprise on style. Enjoy drapery rings in your desired metal finish or reflective lucite. Feel free to mix and match the two for a look that’s uniquely yours. Clear lucite poles filter light, while brass rings and finials ground the look with a charming antique feel.
Finishing Touches
Acero includes not only metal hardware poles and brackets in each colorway, but also decorative finials and end caps.
Keep it simple and minimalistic with a Beveled End Cap. Perfect for a subtle look, these end caps pair well with neutral, classic panels, making sure to let the panels shine.
For an elevated look, explore our different finial pairs. Ball finials are a classic in window hardware. Sleek, timeless, and elegant, these are available in any of the 3 metals, as well as clear lucite.
For a bolder, glam window treatment, the Lucite Pyramid Finials or the Stacked Finials create an instantly refined look. Ideal for drawing the eye, these finishing touches are tailored to perfection.
Brackets
When it comes to choosing brackets, it’s all about how best to support your curtain style and type. The Inside Mount Brackets can be mounted in the window frame, making for a more discrete, minimalistic option.
Versatile and allowing for more flexibility, the Eyelet Bracket is popular for mounting from either wall or ceiling, and can even help to connect two separate rods.
It’s also important to consider the weight and type of curtain panels you want to use. Our Basic Adjustable Bracket is ideal for standard or lightweight panels; the Standard Arm Bracket works well with heavier panels, like one our our Winchester Velvets.
Looking for a further projection? The Extended Arm bracket can project about 7-8 inches from the wall, if you’re needing more space.
Along with weight of the panels, how you want to style your panels can help you choose the right brackets. Looking to layer? The Dual Arm Bracket allows for double hanging, perfect for stacking with sheer curtain panels, like our Ambiance drapery collection.
All poles, brackets, rings, and finishing touches, are available in any of the three color-ways to fit your project needs.
When browsing our new hardware, you may have also seen new curtain panels and collections. From classic neutrals, faux silks, to crisp linens, these make for window essentials that can be mixed and matched, used in any room of the home.
