Where can I purchase Eastern Accents products?
Eastern Accents is available to the trade only.
If you are a consumer, please call our consumer line
at 800.282.1671 or visit Store Locator under Information on the website for a
complete list of Eastern Accents and Feathersound retailers in your area.
If you are a retailer or design professional, please
see Open an Account.

What is QuickShip?
We feature our best-selling collections in our most
requested sizes in stock and ready to ship by noon on the next business day.
QuickShip selections are only available for next-day shipping with credit card
payments.
Please note that QuickShip orders purchased on a Terms
account, or orders that include custom options, may take an extra 3-5 business
days to ship.
When you place a QuickShip order, a Customer Service Representative will be in contact
with you regarding costs and ship times for QuickShip orders.

Does Eastern Accents customize products?
We can assist you in customizing our bedding
collections and more. Please visit our Custom Workroom section on the website
for additional information or call our Customer Service Department at
800.397.4556. Our delivery time for custom orders is 3-5 weeks.

How do I request a swatch?
At Eastern Accents, we understand designing is
a visual process. We will send you fabric swatches at your
request to help you choose just the right fabric. To obtain information about our policies regarding fabric samples,
please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 800.397.4556, via
email at customerservice@easternaccents.com or log in at EasternAccents.com and
request swatches online. We'll be happy to assist you.

Will Eastern Accents sell my personal information or
email address?
At Eastern Accents, we value and respect our customers
and their privacy. We will never sell or distribute your personal information or
email address outside our company.

How do I order a catalog?
Please see Sales Material on the website for ordering
instructions. If you are a current customer and have a log in number, please be
sure to log in before ordering a catalog in order to receive our wholesale price
list. If you do not log in prior to placing your order, your catalog will not
include wholesale prices.

How do I open an account?
Accounts may be opened for retailers and design
professionals in the Home Furnishings, Decorative Accessories, and Gift
industries.
To open an account with Eastern
Accents, fill out our online Open an Account form and submit it online
or fax it to 800.998.3278.
On approval, your account information and log in
number will be forwarded to you. For further information, please call Customer
Service at 800.397.4556.

How do I set up Eastern Accents Retail website access?
Authorized Dealers may set up Eastern Accents Retail website access for their showrooms in one of two ways:
1) Email us with your account number and company name, and we will provide you with a Retail Username and Password.
2) Log in to easternaccent.com using your wholesale Login Number and then select My Account, below the Eastern Accents logo at the top of the page. From the My Account page, you will be able to create a retail User Name and Password and manage access to your show rooms.*
*Feature will be available in late Spring 2008.

I forgot my log-in information. What should I do?

How do I find the repeat of my fabric?
To obtain more specific information about Eastern
Accents' fabrics, visit EasternAccents.com and click on the Yardage link in
the menu bar. Next, click on the Fabrics link and click directly on a fabric
you would like more information about. A box with the fabric's repeat and content
information will pop up.
3.
What is the difference between an up the roll fabric
and a railroaded fabric?
On our website, you will find the letters "RR" by some
fabric names. RR stands for railroaded. A fabric's pattern style falls into one
of two categorieseither railroaded or up the roll. A railroaded fabric is one
with a pattern that runs horizontally across the roll, rather vertically.
